THE DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
At Polimoda students learn to cultivate and express their innate creativity, without neglecting the technical aspect, experimenting with different materials that range from the most experimental design and graphics to draping and pattern-making for an all-round training. A team of teachers accompany the students step by step under the guidance of Patrick De Muynck, Head of the Design Department.

Alongside the professional figures more closely related to the world of creation and design are others oriented towards communication, marketing and the business management of companies in the fashion and luxury goods sector.

Communication is crucial in the fashion world; internet, the social media and the blog phenomenon mean that this is a sector in continual evolution. Polimoda trains all the key figures in communication and branding, exploring all the strategic, creative, graphic and digital components.
